After dispatch of the package by our services, delivery times are:

- 1 to 3 working days in France

- 5 to 10 working days worldwide

Once the package is shipped, we no longer have control over it. Due to different customs policies from one country to another, we are not responsible for any customs fees payable upon receipt.

Cancellation/Modification
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please be sure of your choice before placing an order as any cancellation or modification of an order will be rejected. All orders are immediately transmitted to the warehouse and shipped immediately. Therefore it is not possible to modify the order once it has been placed.

Reshipments
In the event that the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect departure address, he will have to pay additional handling costs to re-route the package.

Package return
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/health reasons, returns are not accepted.
